Northern Kentucky University is concerned that its students have access to adequate medical insurance coverage at an affordable cost. Monumental Life Insurance Company through their Administrator, Bollinger, Inc., offers coverage for the expense of accident and illness during the time you are enrolled at the University. You can obtain this voluntary coverage by completing the enclosed Enrollment Form and mailing it with the proper premium to the address indicated. You have the option to pay the premium either annually or each semester. Either way, you will be covered throughout the year.

I encourage you to review your current health insurance coverage. If you are not covered by either your parent’s, spouse’s or your own insurance, please consider the insurance coverage explained in this brochure.
